The Solution One Campaign Monitor is a private, read-only reporting application that helps authorized Solution One Insurance Services personnel monitor advertising campaigns owned by the company. This page publicly explains the application's purpose and data practices; the operational reporting tool is restricted to authorized internal users.
Application Purpose
The monitor uses the Google Ads API to determine whether Solution One campaigns are enabled, eligible, learning, limited, paused, under review, misconfigured, or actively serving. It may also display aggregate performance information and send internal notifications when campaign status changes.
Who Can Use It
Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors of Solution One Insurance Services. The monitor is not a public advertising platform, is not offered to insurance applicants or clients, and does not connect or manage Google Ads accounts belonging to unrelated advertisers.
Google Data Accessed
The monitor requests access only to Google Ads accounts explicitly authorized by Solution One Insurance Services. It retrieves campaign identifiers and names, campaign and serving statuses, primary status reasons, and aggregate advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.
Read-Only Operation
The monitor is designed for reporting only. It does not create, edit, enable, pause, or delete accounts, campaigns, ads, keywords, audiences, budgets, bids, or conversion actions. It does not upload customer lists, insurance application data, offline conversions, enhanced-conversion data, or personally identifiable information.
Data Protection And Limited Use
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in restricted server-side configuration and are not exposed through the public website. Google Ads API data is used only for Solution One's internal campaign monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational alerts. It is not sold, used to create profiles about insurance applicants, or shared with data brokers or unrelated third parties.
