Privacy Policy

Solution One Insurance Services, license 0C86753, operates workerscompensationca.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information submitted through this website.
Information We Collect
We may collect business and contact information, including business legal name, contact name, email address, phone number, mailing or work location address, industry, payroll, class codes, ownership information, loss history, policy details, vehicle or driver information when applicable, and other information you choose to provide in a quote request.
How We Use Information
We use information to review coverage needs, prepare insurance submissions, communicate with you, obtain carrier quotes, support online e-signature and payment workflows, issue or service certificates when coverage is bound, maintain records, improve our website, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Sharing Information
We may share information with insurance carriers, wholesalers, managing general agents, payment processors, e-signature providers, technology vendors, service providers, regulators, or other parties when needed to quote, bind, service, or administer insurance coverage.
Our No-Sale Promise
We will never sell or rent the personal information you submit through this website—including application data, your email address, or your phone number—to any third party. We do not provide submitted information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing. We may disclose information only for the limited purposes described in this policy, including obtaining and servicing insurance quotes, operating required technology and payment services, complying with law, and performing advertising measurement when you consent.
Cookies And Local Storage
We use necessary browser storage for forms, security, preferences, and cookie consent. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if enabled. You can change your preferences using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
Advertising Measurement
When you allow marketing cookies, our Google tag may use securely hashed first-party contact information that you submit, such as your email address or phone number, to help measure whether a Google ad interaction resulted in a quote request. We share this information with Google so it can provide advertising measurement services on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Google uses the hashed information to match conversion activity with Google ad interactions. We do not use insurance application details to create advertising audiences through this feature. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer; doing so prevents this optional collection during future visits. Learn more about how Google uses enhanced conversion data.
Solution One Campaign Monitor And Google Ads API Data
Our internal Solution One Campaign Monitor uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API to access Google Ads accounts that Solution One Insurance Services authorizes. The monitor is available only to authorized employees and contractors and is not offered to insurance customers, the public, or third-party advertisers.
The monitor accesses campaign identifiers and names, configured status, serving status, primary status and status reasons, and aggregate advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions. We use this information only to monitor our own advertising campaigns, prepare internal reports, troubleshoot delivery issues, and notify authorized personnel about campaign-status changes.
The monitor does not use Google Ads API data to create advertising profiles about insurance applicants, does not upload quote-application data or personally identifiable information to Google, does not access or manage third-party advertiser accounts, and does not sell Google Ads API data. We do not use Google Ads API data for serving advertisements or transfer it to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
OAuth client credentials, developer credentials, refresh tokens, and access tokens are stored in restricted server-side configuration and are not placed in public website code. We may retain a limited internal history of campaign status changes, aggregate metrics, timestamps, and operational errors only while needed for monitoring, troubleshooting, security, or applicable recordkeeping. Credentials and retained monitoring data are removed when no longer needed or when access is revoked, subject to security and legal record-retention requirements.
Authorized users can revoke the monitor's Google Account access from their Google Account third-party connections or request deletion by contacting us. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, regulatory, underwriting, and business record retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
